Dani has been specializing in Bungee-Assisted Dance and vertical wall harness techniques with Wired Aerial Theatre since 2010. An active collaborator/creator and performer with the company, she has been involved in Wired’s medium and large-scale outdoor productions, as well as delivering workshops and teaching for the company. Dani took up the permanent post as Head Performer and Education Coordinator in 2014.
As Education Coordinator, Dani collaborates in the running and delivery of the Higher Education aerial performance modules at both Edge Hill University and LIPA, as well as creating, delivering and supervising the workshop programme at The Higher Space.
Dani continues to pursue and develop her career both within and outside of Wired and as well as having a passion for aerial dance, nurtures her passion for dance and inclusive practice. Time out of Wired includes collaborating, performing and teaching with a variety of companies, choreographers and organisations. Most recently, these have included Casson & Friends, Sole Rebel Tap and David Willdridge. She also maintains a long standing relationship as Creative Support Artist for National Youth Dance Company, Sadler’s Wells, providing individual access and support to young artists with disabilities within the company.
